#11
In the conservative business climate I worked in at the time, appearances did matter. In other environments it isn't as important

A two-piece suit is always the best choice and security. Do not combine a suit jacket with pants that do not match. Keep it conservative. Trend toward darker colors.

I think you need to dress like you already work there to wear a suit, if it is a large law firm corporate but if something more relaxed and retail then how much more relaxed.

I want to go safely and wear a pair of jeans or dark blue / black, with a simple t-shirt and a blazer cute. Well, that's generally how I dress when I have exams with the professor in front of me. My teachers always told me to go with a simple outfit of black or gray with a touch of white.

Today, I always wear jeans and long sleeve, collared shirt (usually black). No one has ever done anything to comment on my dress, and my clothes are usually responsible for what the interviewer is wearing. casual clothing helps me relax and feel more vested in the interview.
