Tutor Comment

Where in the application procedure does a tutor comment belong?
It's not just mature, Access students who have a tutors comments is it? Are they sent straight to the institutions because I can't see anywhere on the UCAS application for such a thing. Hmm, yet again I am stumped.

Also, can somebody read through my personal statement give consructive advise. I keep reading through the sample ones on here and feel completely inferior.

the tutor reference/comment is done by your school/college and attached separately. mostly you can view these once but u cant actually see if on the form as it can be condfidential. so dont worry aobut that thats up to ur tutor who attaches it after uve completeed the form and sent it to your referee
