I had interview last year for admission. Here are my advices for interview.
1. Plan ahead : Do a little homework! Research the institute or company and the position if possible, as well, the people you will meet with at the interview. Review your work experiences.
2. Eye contact : Maintain eye contact with your interviewer. Show you want the job with your interest. Remember, more than 95% of all communication is non-verbal.
3. Be positive : In particular, avoid negative comments about past employers. When asked about your weaknesses, present them in an action-oriented manner.
4. Relate : Try to relate your answers to the interviewer and his or her institute or company.
