well... i do the same, so:
try to find as much similar things (experience etc.) between all of the courses as it is possible and "stick" it all together with linking words
if it is impossible, you had to do different paragraphs for all of them. but that's only my opinion, so u better ask someone who's not sleepy and tipsy
