It's entirely up to you. There's no point repeating things in your main PS, but if there's something unique to the Cambridge course you particularly like, or the course you've applied for at Cambridge is quite different to all your other choices (eg chemistry/natural sciences), then by all means, talk about it there
Just keep it brief!
