Well the main element in your courses seems to be french so you could concentrate on that for the majority of your personal statement. Finance, business and economics are all closely linked so if you talk about them in a bit less detail or as a single subject you should be alright.
It might be worth checking with the universities you're applying for and seeing which department administers the course you've applied for so you can tell who's likely to be reading the statement.
