It's probably not essential - I applied for economics and maths at all my unis except for Oxford where I chose economics and management and didn't mention the management side of things at all (and got an offer just in case you're interested).
It might be worth at least touching on philosophy though - I'm sure you can link it to the other two subjects in a way which doesn't seem strange to the rest of your choices. Alternatively you could mention it on the additional Oxbridge form.
