How much do you need to cut? If you're talking about 30 characters or so you might be able to do it by using some abbreviations.
AEA would be fine - all admissions tutors will know what they are so there's no need to explain. Also as a qualification there's no need to include it in the statement - if you feel there's more to say about it than just you taking the exam get it put in your reference.
As for 6th form - you're not saving that many characters so unless you're having a problem on that specific line I wouldn't bother changing it.
Give us a bit more information as to how much over you are (put it in Apply and see exactly what it says) and we might be able to help a bit more.
